Select a document to sign
Log in to QSign Docs and click "New request". Drag the document to the marked area or click to open the document.

Enter signers
Enter the email address of the person to whom you want to send a request to sign this document. Alternatively, add another signer. You can also select the language in which the message with the signature request will be sent to the specified email address for each signer.
The "Request signatures in the following order" toggle will determine the exact order in which signers must sign the document. Signers will also receive a request to sign in the specified email in this order. You can set the order by grabbing the line number and dragging it to the desired location.

Attach cover message
In the next step, you can enter a covering message that will be included in the document signing invitation delivered to each signatory's email.

Send request
Check the entered request data and submit the application by pressing "Finish".

Track the signing status
In the "My requests" menu, you can track the status of the given request - document signing.
If the request has not yet been signed by all signatories, you have the option to cancel it. In this case, all signatories will be informed by email.
If for some reason you need to resend the signature request to a specific person, click the "Send request again" link in the line with the person's email address.
After signing by all persons, you will be notified by email and you can download the signed document by clicking on the icon .
